We recommend that payment to be made online through this website for ease of booking anywhere at your convenience. For online booking, major credit cards, PayNow & DuitNow are accepted. Alternatively, payment can be made ( Cash / Nets) at the ticketing counter, which may be at a higher fare.
After successful payment an email confimation with the booking ID will be sent to you.
When cruise port calls at Singapore Cruise Centre (HFC), boarding is at Singapore Cruise Centre (HFC). When ferry departure from Singapore, boarding is at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. When ferry departure from Pasir Gudang, boarding is at Pasir Gudang Ferry Terminal.
While it typically takes 1 hour and 30 mins, it may take shorter or longer time depending on the crowd and authority checks.
You may book your return ferry on board the cruise, at Level 2 ferry booking counter. You can refer to the ferry schedule here.
There is travel restriction on pregnant traveller, and the vessel does not have pre-natal equipment on board.
Yes, currency exchange is available onboard, subject to prevailing rate.
While we provide limited vegetarian options, the food served onboard is NOT halal-certified.
