Passport or Personal Data Verification
After your first booking on our online system you will need to have your passport verified, in person, at our Batam Fast Counter at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.
Verification is required only once. For subsequent visits, you can either print at the kiosk or at home and just proceed to the departure gate.
Locating Batam Fast Counter
When you arrive at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, enter the main entrance at the departure hall and turn to your right.
At Batam Fast Counter, join the queue and when our customer service staff serves you, present your passport to have it verified in our system. Once verified you may use the kiosk on your right to print your boarding pass.
For subsequent visits, after having booked online, just proceed to the kiosk to print your boarding pass and proceed to the departure gate.

Proceeding to the Boarding Gate
After printing your boarding pass, proceed to the departure gate for your ferry boarding. At the departure gate, present your boarding pass and passport to the staff for checks. Bon voyage!
